Due to the increasing production, an expansion of the logistics centre for the Ostfriesische Tee Gesellschaft (OTG) warehouse and freight office South (OLF South) had become necessary. GEBHARDT took on this task and realised a state-of-the-art logistics centre for OTG in Grettstadt, Bavaria.

Up to 30 pallets per hour can be stored and retrieved per storage and retrieval machine and aisle.

The already existing warehouse was seamlessly connected. As a result, OTG now has around 11,000 m² of additional storage space. The new, fully automated high-bay warehouse with upstream order picking includes three pallet storage and retrieval machines, various components from the GEBHARDT pallet conveyor technology and the entire electronic system control
The high-bay warehouse with a total height of 19.8 metres consists of three rack aisles and oers 6,300 pallet spaces with double-deep storage.
