GEBHARDT extends executive board with Frank Apel

Sinsheim – 9th July 2015 – Frank Apel (57) is member of the executive board of Gebhardt Fördertechnik in Sinsheim since the 1st July 2015. He is responsible for the business segments sales national, project management and service in order to continue the successful development and the growth of the international solution provider. Furthermore, he carries out tasks in the IT- and controlling company Gebhardt Systems. “We are happy, that we could attract Mr. Apel, who is an extremely experienced and distinguished manager, to this position”, explained Marco Gebhardt, managing partner.

The 25 years in Stuttgart and now in Weissach resident expert has an extensive network in the intralogistics sector. Before joining Gebhardt Fördertechnik, he worked 24 years in different functions for a well-known competitor in Stuttgart and 9 years of them as managing director. Frank Apel brings along extensive qualifications for his new position through his profound knowledge about sales, project management and service. “I know the company GEBHARDT Fördertechnik for many years but I am still impressed of the dynamic and innovation of the family business”, emphasizes Frank Apel.
