New production hall completed for GEBHARDT Fördertechnik

Sinsheim, May 2010 – GEBHARDT Group invests in a new production hall with approx. 2,000 m² of space. This new build was completed during the past few months. The new build has modern offices, the latest sanitary facilities and a large recreation room. The hot water supply of approx. 2000 litres and the under floor heating are supplied with support from solar collectors. Likewise, a photovoltaic system with an output of approx. 260 KWp has been fitted on the roof. The entire building has been designed with consideration to the latest findings in the field of optimum energy savings and use.

As a result of this new build the production area has consistently expanded since 1966 to encompass an area of approx. 15,000 m².

The architect Baldur von Entress-Fürsteneck designed, planned and realised the new building with all of its new structural refinements. Construction work required approx. 14 months.
