Flexible roller curves for dynamic intralogistics

Container and carton conveyor technology for curves and accumulation

The roller curves from GEBHARDT are a key element in increasing efficiency and flexibility in container and carton conveyor technology, among other things. These curves have been developed for a smooth change of direction in your conveyor system and are ideal for transporting containers, cartons, and other load carriers. They are the perfect complement to straight roller conveyors, adapting the conveyor paths to on-site conditions.

With the option to choose between non-powered, 24V or 400V technologies, our roller curves offer a customised solution for every conveying situation.

Our roller curves' rollers, made of galvanised steel tubes and supplemented by conical plastic moulded parts, guarantee quiet operation thanks to low-noise ball bearings. Available in angled versions from 30° to 90°, our roller curves fit seamlessly into any conveyor system, regardless of the spatial conditions. The drive technology—either via motorised rollers or geared motors—enables flexible integration into existing systems.

Expanding the possibilities: Roller curves for every need

GEBHARDT offers a wide range of roller curves, from type 314.20, a roller curve without drive ideal for light applications, to the motorised 24V and 400V options of types 314.30 and 314.32, which enable dynamic transport of goods weighing up to 50 kg. The S-roller curves, available in both 24V and 400V versions, offer additional flexibility for specific conveying requirements.

Type 314.34 is the ideal choice for applications where surrounding conveyors use overdrive. These roller curves use the drive of neighbouring conveyor elements to enable an efficient change of direction without an additional drive. The heart curve types 314.40 and 314.42 round off the programme by enabling special applications for merging two tracks in a confined space.

The versatility and adaptability of GEBHARDT roller curves make them an indispensable component of modern intralogistics systems. Whether for simple or complex conveying situations, our roller curves ensure a smooth and efficient material flow that meets the requirements of dynamic logistics environments.

Advantages of roller curves in intralogistics

Roller curves in intralogistics offer several advantages, making them an indispensable component of efficient conveyor technology. They support the flexible design of conveyor lines by enabling smooth changes of direction for containers and cartons. This results in optimal space utilization and better adaptation to spatial conditions in warehouse and production environments.

Roller curves can significantly speed up and simplify the material flow in complex intralogistics systems, resulting in shorter throughput times and higher productivity. In addition, the low-noise and low-maintenance properties of roller curves contribute to an improved working environment. Roller curves are, therefore, a key component for companies striving for an agile, efficient, and scalable intralogistics solution.

  • Flexible conveyor line design: For smooth changes of direction and optimum space utilisation.
  • Adaptation to spatial conditions: Better integration into warehouse and production environments
  • Accelerated material flow: Increases efficiency in complex intralogistics systems.
  • Shorter throughput times: Increased productivity through optimised material flow.
  • Low-noise features: Improvement of the working environment by reducing noise pollution.
