The GEBHARDT SimplePick AI Robot efficiently handles various packaging types, including polybags, blister packs, fabric net packaging, and unpackaged goods. Its intelligent gripper and suction system allow for the removal of items from small load carriers (SLCs), which can be subdivided into up to eight sections. The robot can flexibly deposit the picked items in containers, either in variable positions or specific patterns.
The GEBHARDT SimplePick AI Robot achieves a throughput of up to 1,000 picks per hour, depending on the products being handled. Its mobile and fully automatic design enables quick and easy integration with existing conveyor systems or workstations. The robot offers the flexibility to switch between manual operation and fully automated picking at any time, making it adaptable to various operational needs.
The GEBHARDT SimplePick AI Robot is designed for seamless integration with existing GEBHARDT systems, including GEBHARDT SimplePick, GEBHARDT InstaPick®, and traditional conveyor technology. In the event of a malfunction, operations continue uninterrupted: containers with unpicked items are automatically redirected to manual workstations equipped with a buffer function. This minimises downtime and ensures that your processes remain efficient.
The GEBHARDT SimplePick AI Robot is a versatile machine equipped with a range of functions that make it a true all-rounder. Its fully automatic suction cup and gripper change features allow flexible adaptation to various items. An optional ambient light shield is also available, ensuring precise operation even in challenging environmental conditions.
Due to its low safety requirements, the Cobot can interact directly with humans without needing a separate robot cell. This makes it especially suitable for workplaces where people and machines work together efficiently.
