Scalable mother-daughter shuttle

The GEBHARDT StoreBiter® HDS system is based on a scalable concept involving a mother-daughter shuttle. The high-performance mother shuttle operates with a daughter shuttle, which manages the storage and retrieval of pallets in the storage channels. Thanks to the flexible design of the mother-daughter shuttle, the GEBHARDT StoreBiter® HDS system is highly adaptable and can be easily customised to fit any building structure.

High storage density through multiple-deep storage

The GEBHARDT StoreBiter® HDS is known for its multiple-deep storage capability, allowing storage of up to 25 pallets at one depth. This feature significantly reduces the required storage area, lowering construction and operating costs. Additionally, the low overall height of the GEBHARDT StoreBiter® HDS enables its use in logistics facilities with low ceilings, making it suitable for applications where SRM systems are not cost-effective due to their size and approach dimensions.

LIFO and FIFO storage

Regardless of the preferred storage strategies, the GEBHARDT StoreBiter® HDS offers the flexibility to store both according to the LIFO (Last In, First Out) and FIFO (First In, First Out) principles. This versatility makes it possible to adapt the storage to specific requirements, such as observing best-before dates, and to ensure an optimal storage organisation.
