Frank Apel, member of the management board, has left the GEBHARDT Intralogistics Group on 30.06.2021 to take his well-deserved retirement. He filled his total of six years in the company with a lot of expertise and know-how as well as decades of experience in the areas of sales management, project management and customer service. In addition to his work as an authorised signatory for national sales, he decisively expanded the Retrofit & Modernisation department, making it even easier for customers to optimise and expand existing plants. He led more than 35 employees with commitment, reliability and knowledge for years and thus contributed significantly to the success of GEBHARDT.

Sinsheim, 25^th of March 2021 – The GEBHARDT Intralogistics Group received an award for the "Product of the Year" in three categories at the virtual exhibition "materialfluss world + conference" organised by the technical magazine materialfluss. With the GEBHARDT StoreBiter^® One-Level-Shuttle X (OLS X) and the KARIS^® series, even the victory was achieved. In the category of conveying and lifting technology, GEBHARDT was able to gain 2^nd place with the ConVer^® goods lift programme.

Last Friday the management of the GEBHARDT Intralogistics Group opened the new industrial park of the intralogistics manufacturer in the industrial area "Hinter der Mühle" in Sinsheim-Dühren in the presence of Mayor Jörg Albrecht and the representatives of the commissioned general contractor Zapf Gewerbebau.

Sinsheim, 16th of October 2020 – The Stifterverband für die Deutsche Wissenschaft (translation: Donors' Association for the Promotion of Sciences and Humanities in Germany) has awarded the GEBHARDT Intralogistics Group with the seal of approval "Innovative through Research". This seal of approval honours researching companies, which take over special responsibility and achievements towards the state and society. The award took place within the framework of the survey 2020 on research and development (R&D) in Germany, which the Stifterverband carries out annually on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.

Sinsheim / Melbourne, August 31^st, 2020 – With the Production Reality Group, GEBHARDT Intralogistics Group has gained a distribution partner for the intralogistics market in Australia and New Zealand. According to the agreement, Production Reality Group will take over the distribution for the entire GEBHARDT delivery program. In addition, the company with its headquarters in Melbourne is now the supplier of GEBHARDT products and spare parts, for installations as well as for service and support in the region.

Sinsheim, July 1, 2020 – The GEBHARDT Intralogistics Group launches a fully automated, horizontal, and smart sorting system based on the principle "mechanical meets digital". The GEBHARDT SpeedSorter® is the perfect solution for a wide range of conveyed goods due to its modular design, high system performance, ease of maintenance and high availability. Moreover, it impresses with digital components for Intralogistics 4.0.

The GEBHARDT Intralogistics Group names Kim Fabian Schneider as Managing Director of the Swiss subsidiary. With this step, the location will be sustainably strengthened to generate further growth and to expand the sales of innovative warehouse logistics solutions on the Swiss market as well as in the neighbouring countries.

Sinsheim/Dühren - Today, Wednesday (25.09.2019), starts the construction work for the nearly 4,000 m² large industrial park of the GEBHARDT Intralogistics Group GmbH & Co. KG. Here, a new factory hall with integrated office space will be built in the next few months. As general contractor GEBHARDT has commissioned the team of Zapf Gewerbebau from Reihen. The completion of the construction project is planned for September 2020.

Sinsheim/Nurburgring/Hamburg - Last weekend, the 50th Adenauer ADAC Circuit Trophy took place at the Nürburgring. For the second time, the Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo from Konrad Motorsport, drove under the sponsoring cooperation of GEBHARDT Intralogistics Group and REYHER out of the pit lane. Axcil Jefferies, from Harare (Zimbabwe) and Michele Di Martino, from Eitorf (NRW) achieved the class victory in the SP9 Pro-Am classification and with that the 5^th place in the overall standings at the 4^th race of the VLN endurance championship. Congratulations!

Neues Ausbildungsjahr – neue Nachwuchstalente. Zum Start des neuen Ausbildungsjahres, darf die GEBHARDT Group 24 neue Auszubildende und duale Studenten bei sich im Unternehmen begrüßen. Aktuell beschäftigt die GEBHARDT academy damit 71 angehende Nachwuchskräfte. Dabei werden vor allem die technischen Ausbildungsberufe wie die Elektronik, die Fachinformatik, die Industriemechanik, die Mechatronik und das technische Produktdesign von den Auszubildenden erlernt. Neben dem Studiengang BWL-Industrie konnten für die Bereiche Angewandte Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsinformatik und Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Studenten/Studentinnen gewonnen werden, welche im Wechsel sowohl im Betrieb als auch an der Hochschule Einblicke in das Fachaufgabengebiet erhalten. Somit konnten auch in diesem Jahr alle angebotenen Stellen besetzt werden, um nachhaltig und verantwortungsbewusst in die Zukunft zu blicken.

Sinsheim, 01. September 2016 - 24 new students and apprentices started their career at GEBHARDT Group yesterday. The day began with the welcoming, introductions and a presentation in the company owned training center. Before lunch time, the company management and department heads introduced themselves. After that group photos and a tour of the production halls and the administrative building of GEBHARDT followed. Finally, everyone got to know its first department and the new colleagues. The GEBHARDT academy employs 67 young people: 30 dual students, 32 apprentices and 5 trainees.

With the help of the cloud-based system for professional customer management in sales and service, customer satisfaction and internal process efficiency are set to be increased even further. For outstanding project management and the resulting quick implementation of the solution, GEBHARDT now received the SAP golden Quality Award for the category of Innovation by SAP Deutschland AG & Co. KG. The awards ceremony took place in the SAP Arena in Mannheim on the 27th of November, 2015.

Stuttgart / Sinsheim – 11th February 2015 – From the first day, intensive discussions and targeted interest in specific application-orientated intralogistics solutions characterizes the fair stand of GEBHARDT Fördertechnik at the trade fair LogiMAT 2015, which took place in Stuttgart from 10th to 12th February. GEBHARDT’s fair stand was a large one with 270 square meters and therefore the company was main exhibitor in hall 5. Temporarily the stand was a bit crowded so that the exhibits almost turn to minor matters and “Just on the basis of the visitor number could be already on half-time of the fair talked of a big fair success”, emphasized Marco Gebhardt. “Quality and intensity of the discussions are on extraordinary high level. Visitors at least want to touch on solutions for concrete projects in the intralogistics” said Gebhardt.

Sinsheim/Zugspitze, 18.11.2014 – A three level goods lift with five exits may is not the tallest that GEBHARDT has ever made but at 2650 m above sea level, it will be the highest in Germany. Last week, GEBHARDT Fördertechnik GmbH from Sinsheim in Baden was awarded the construction of a goods elevator ConVer 146 in the Schneefernerhaus, just a few metres below the peak of the Zugspitze.

Sinsheim/Stuttgart 18.01.2013 – Two GEBHARDT product innovations outshine one another at the LogiMAT, the international trade fair for distribution-, material- and information. “The focus is at this year’s exhibition on warehouse technology as well as modular conveyor systems.
